At the Sept. 10 State of the City address, Noblesville Mayor Chris Jensen said Ryan Fireprotection Inc. intends to build a new headquarters complex, HQ2, on undeveloped land just north of the company’s current site at 9740 E. 148th St. The company described the planned work as including about a 50,000-square-foot warehouse, a two-story office building of more than 67,300 square feet and a roughly 28,000-square-foot outdoor supply yard, with a total projected cost of $25 million.

Ryan Fireprotection’s CEO, Dan Ryan, said the addition would provide space to expand capabilities as the company grows nationally. The announcement follows a $4 million expansion completed two years ago that added roughly 50,000 square feet to the existing headquarters. Noblesville’s mayor did not provide a construction timeline for the new project.
